Welcome to Game Killer, developed and operated by 1337clicks ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game Killer application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Game Killer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Game Killer is a free-to-play puzzle game in which players identify apps from distorted icons. The App uses icons from apps installed on your device to generate puzzles. Game Killer is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Game Killer. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Conduct

When using Game Killer, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems or scripts to interact with the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and branding of Game Killer are owned by 1337clicks and are protected by intellectual property laws. App icons displayed during gameplay belong to their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of generating puzzles from apps installed on your device.

6. Advertising

Game Killer displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads help keep the App free. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Ads may be shown during gameplay (banners, interstitials, rewarded videos)
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we do not control or endorse it
• Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-game benefits such as hints
• Ad personalization is subject to your consent choices (managed via the GDPR consent dialog)

7. In-App Purchases

Game Killer does not currently offer in-app purchases. All features are available for free, supported by advertising.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to the practices described therein.

9. Data and Consent (GDPR / EEA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App will present a consent dialog upon first launch. This dialog, powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), allows you to manage your preferences regarding personalized advertising and data collection. You can update your consent choices at any time via the Privacy Settings option in the App's Settings screen.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Game Killer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1337clicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero for free users).

12. Third-Party Services

Game Killer uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

• Google AdMob, for serving advertisements
• Google Play Games, for leaderboards and achievements
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), for GDPR consent management

13. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
