Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data Game Killer ("the App") collects, how we use it, and what rights you have. Game Killer is developed by 1337clicks ("we", "us", "our"). By using Game Killer, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Information We Collect

Installed apps list (required for gameplay): Game Killer reads the list of apps installed on your device to generate puzzles from their icons. This data is used exclusively for puzzle generation, is processed locally on your device, and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Game statistics (stored locally): The App stores your game progress, scores, and statistics in a local database on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to delete the App or clear its data.

Preferences (stored locally): Settings such as sound and vibration preferences are saved locally on your device.

When you contact us: If you email us for support, we keep the conversation for future reference.

Data Collected by Third-Party Services

Game Killer uses Google AdMob to serve in-app advertisements. When ads are served, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Advertising ID (Android Ad ID)
• Device information (model, OS version, manufacturer)
• IP address
• General location (derived from IP, not GPS)
• App interaction data related to ads

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

What We Do NOT Collect

Game Killer does not collect or access:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, age)
• Hardware identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, device serial number)
• GPS or precise location data
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
• Browsing history
• User accounts or login credentials

How We Use Your Data

Data processed by the App is used to:

• Generate puzzles from your installed app icons (core game functionality)
• Track your game statistics and progress locally
• Save your preferences
• Display advertisements to keep the App free

Consent and Personalized Advertising (GDPR / EEA)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Game Killer will present a consent dialog on first launch using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). This allows you to choose whether to receive personalized or non-personalized ads. You can change your consent preferences at any time via Settings > Privacy Settings in the App.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data. The only third-party service that receives data from the App is Google AdMob for advertising purposes, as described above.

Data Storage and Retention

All game data (statistics, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. You can delete all local data at any time by:

• Clearing the App's data through your device settings, or
• Uninstalling the App

Advertising-related data collected by Google is subject to Google's retention policies.

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Users)

We process data based on:

• Legitimate interest: Reading installed apps to provide core game functionality
• Consent: For personalized advertising (managed via the GDPR consent dialog)
